Bidders MUST enter $.01 in the Unit Price field as the electronic bid. This is the ONLY pricing that is to be entered electronically.
The Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) shall contract with an insurance agency, broker, or company to provide primary liability insurance coverage for each certified employee for an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for the protection of the employee from liability arising in the course and scope for pursuing the duties of employment.
The policy period shall be two years (2) from 12:01 a.m. January 1, 2025, to 12:01 a.m. January 1, 2027. This contract may be extended at the completion of the initial contract period for three (3) additional one-year periods.
