RFSQ Site Work and Parking Lot Improvements - Category B

Project Description: West Ada School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified public works contractors interested in providing Site Work and Parking Lot Improvements services. This Request for Statements of Qualifications (RFSQ) constitutes Phase One of the District's Category B procurement process pursuant to Idaho Code § 67-2805(2)(b).
The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a pool of prequalified contractors eligible to participate in future project-specific bidding opportunities for a period of five (5) years. Anticipated work may include parking lot rehabilitation, asphalt paving, pavement preservation, site concrete, curb and gutter improvements, sidewalks, ADA accessibility improvements, drainage improvements, traffic control, striping, utility-related work, landscaping restoration, and other related site improvements.
No pricing is requested or will be evaluated as part of this solicitation. Contractors selected through the prequalification process will be eligible to participate in future sealed bid opportunities issued by the District.
