Caltrans is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms that may lead to the award of a contract for On-Call Bridge Design and related Project Development and Construction Support Services for Districts 5, 6, 9 & 10. The work shall be performed throughout Caltrans Districts 5, 6, 9 & 10. Specific location of the work to be performed shall be identified in each Task Order.

Unless modified by Addenda, RFQ Requirements Question & Answer (Q&A's) must be received no later than seven (7) business days after RFQ advertisement.

The estimated contract amount is $4,000,000.00 - $6,500,000.00.

22% Participation Goal Required.

The estimated contract term is five (5) years.

It is the responsibility of the consultants/subs/vendors to identify teams that may be submitting a Statement of Qualifications. The Department has no way of identifying companies or entities that have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes.
