This RFQ is an invitation by AiGC to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for network, racks, and wireless equipment, including installation and warranty services.
The successful respondent will be expected to work cooperatively with AiGC to support the ongoing supply of equipment and related accessories, including responding to requests for quotes or orders, confirming availability and lead times, identifying suitable substitutions where products are discontinued or unavailable, and providing timely updates on order status, delivery, warranty matters, and service issues.
Proposals must be submitted as an email attachment to: proposals@acmeprocurement.ca; submissions by other methods will not be accepted.
The subject line of the email should read “AiGC RFQ 005 [vendor name]”. The body of the email does not form part of the proposal. There is an attachment size limit of 25 MB per email. If multiple emails are required, the number of the email and the total number of emails (e.g. “email 1 of 2”) should be clearly indicated in the subject or body.
Proposals should follow the format and numbering as indicated in the RFP. Documents should not be embedded within uploaded files, as the embedded files may not be accessible or evaluated.
