Construction of Concession Stand at new Athletic Complex

Sealed Bids for the construction of the “Westfield High School Concession Stand – Bid #26-013” will be received by the Purchasing Director at the City Hall, Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085 until 2:00 p.m. local time on November 4, 2025 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.  Sealed Bids must have outer envelope marked as “Westfield High School Concession Stand – Bid #26-013”.

Sealed Bids from Subcontractors addressed as referenced above will be received by the Purchasing Director at the City Hall, Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085 until 2:00 p.m. on October 28, 2025 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.  Sub-Bids with the required Bid deposit will be received for the following items of work:

Electrical Work

Painting

HVAC

Plumbing

Masonry Work

Roofing and Flashing

The work under this Contract generally includes the construction of a 1,388 sq ft three season building for use by the Westfield to serve as concessions and provide restrooms to adjacent outdoor athletic fa-cilities. This building will be slab on grade construction with masonry walls and wood truss roof system as described herein.
