Solicitation Summary
The St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission is currently soliciting bids for the provision of mobile mechanical services and repair of Commission owned vehicles. The resulting Contract will include emergency and scheduled services for ¾ ton and 26,000-pound GVW diesel powered vehicles and equipment. All work performed under the resulting Contract shall be at the Contractor’s facility or onsite where the vehicle may be parked in St. Mary’s County, Maryland.

Additional Instructions
One original and one copy of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the company name, legal address, the project title for which the bid is submitted and the date advertised for opening bids. Sealed bids must be addressed to Tanya Parker, Procurement Agent, St. Mary’s County Metropolitan
Commission, and clearly marked “SEALED BID
FOR
Mobile MechanicAL Services, ITB BID NUMBER #26-05-F
” and will be received at the administrative office of the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission, 23121 Camden Way, California, Maryland 20619, until 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time, October 21, 2025, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read.
