NewWestminster Scools is soliciting tenders for the Electrical upgrade at Tweedsmuir Elementary School.

SUMMARY SCOPE OF WORK:1. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL NEW OWNER-SUPPLIED UNIT SUBSTATION AND COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED CIVIL WORKS FOR DUCTING.2. CONTRACTOR TO COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED COORDINATION WITH CITY OF NEW WESTMINSTER UTILITY AND UNIT SUBSTATION SUPPLIER (PRIME ENGINEERING) FOR THE OWNER SUPPLIED UNITSUBSTATION.3. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT IN NEW ELECTRICAL ROOM.4. CONTRACTOR COMPLETE ARCHITECTURAL RENOVATIONS FOR THE ELECTRICAL ROOM.5. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW FEEDERS FOR EXISTING DISTRIBUTION IN THE MAIN BUILDING, EXISTING DAYCARE AND EXISTING PORTABLE AND TO CONNECT EXISTING PANELS.6. CONTRACTOR TO REMOVE ALL EXISTING METERING EQUIPMENT AND UNUSED SERVICE FEEDERAFTER WORK COMPLETED AND MAKE SAFE. THE CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE NEW METERING ON THE UNIT SUBSTATION.7. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW EMERGENCY LIGHTING FIXTURE, EXIT SIGN, RECEPTACLES AND LIGHT SWITCH IN ELECTRICAL ROOM AS INDICATED ON DRAWINGS.8. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE NEW CONDENSING UNIT, POWER FOR THE UNIT AND MAINTENANCE RECEPTACLE ON ELECTRICAL ROOM ROOF.
