Project Description: Demo of existing pools and building of a new recreational water facility with a 4,500-sf lap pool, a 4,600-sf recreation pool, spa/hot tub, and a 1,250-sf mechanical room and lifeguard station addition, and other mechanical alterations.
PROJECT DEADLINE (if applicable): Phase 1 deadline is December 15, 2025.
It is the City’s intent that the work may begin in March 2025, pending award by the City Council, Notice to Proceed, receipt of permits, and a signed contract with the City.
PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 1200 Little Kate Road, Park City, Utah 84060. Attendance is OPTIONAL. Requests for reasonable accommodation at the pre-bid meeting shall be made no later than 48 hours in advance to the Project Contact below. Accommodations may include alternative formats, interpreters, and other auxiliary aids.
