Summary

The proposed project consists of improvements to the existing driving range building at the DeLaveaga Golf Course. The scope includes roof repairs, including structural framing (Glu-Lam beams), new 2" thick cast-in-place concrete topping, new plywood sheathing, new Con Dek waterproofing system. Additional site improvements include a van-accessible parking space and an accessible pedestrian route to the existing stair and ramps, in compliance with the current California Building Code.
