Solicitation Summary
The Department of Budget and Management, Office of Personnel Services and Benefits (the "Department") is issuing this IFB to acquire services as defined, in this IFB as the FTDTL that shall screen collected specimens from applicants and employees to test for the illegal use of drugs. These specifications shall work coherently with the Specimen Collection contractor to administer a centralized drug testing program (laboratory testing only) for State of Maryland applicants and employees.
