A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held in conjunction with the RFP. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference is not mandatory. The conference will be held at University of Baltimore Student Center 3rd Floor, Room 301 located at 21 W Mount Royal Ave., Baltimore, MD 21201 on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. EDT and will be followed by a site visit of the University equipment.
