The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from qualified contractor to perform resurfacing of existing paved parking lot and access roads. Project area consists of approximately 25,800 square feet, including adjacent access roads. All work shall comply with the latest edition of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction. The estimated budget for the Work is $65,000. All Work must be completed by September 30, 2026.
