The Nebraska Public Power District (DISTRICT) intends to procure all necessary labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment and conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as necessary to provide for the installation of concrete drilled pier foundations in accordance with the specifications and drawings for the DISTRICT’S Norfolk to Stanton North 115kV Transmission Line.

A non-mandatory pre-bid Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held on March 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. CST. The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
