Offerors determined to be reasonably susceptible for award [See COMAR 21.05.03.03(B)(1)(a)] upon the Evaluation Committee and Procurement Officer’s completion of its Technical Proposal(s) review, evaluation, and ranking, will receive a separate notification from the Procurement Officer regarding the submission of the financial proposal(s), including the method and timing for submission​​​​​​.

For DBM OPSB to obtain Health Plan Administration and Services for eligible members and their dependents as part of the State of Maryland Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program (FA1 and FA2), and medical benefits plans for eligible members of SLEOLA and their dependents as part of the Program (FA4), beginning with the anticipated plan year effective January 1, 2027.

For DBM OPSB to obtain Health Plan Administration and Services for eligible members and their dependents as part of the State of Maryland Employee and Retiree Health and Welfare Benefits Program (FA1-FA3), medical benefits plans for eligible members of SLEOLA and their dependents as part of the Program (FA4), and for MDOT-MTA to obtain medical and vision plan health benefits and administration services for its represented employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents, in accordance with MDOT-MTA’s Collective Bargaining Agreements (FA5-FA6) beginning with the anticipated plan year effective January 1, 202 7.
