Project Description: The Town of Fairfield (Town) on behalf of the Department of Public Works (DPW) is seeking competitive bids from qualified contractors to Remove 15-20mm of old, damaged mortar and replace it with fresh mortar to restore structural integrity to an oatmeal consistency, and finishing using a proper lime-based mix.
