INVITATION FOR BIDS
ON CALL CUSTODIAL AND LUNCH CLEANING SERVICES FOR ALL TOWN BUILDINGS
The Town of Shrewsbury invites sealed bids for On Call Custodial and Lunch Cleaning Services at all Town buildings, which includes all Municipal buildings as well as nine public school buildings. All contractors must submit bids in conformance with this Invitation for Bids and the related documents which shall be available here online at www.shrewsburyma.gov/bids and also in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury.
The awarded contract shall be for the term of October 26, 2026 through June 30, 2027.
Bids will be received in the Town Manager’s Office at 100 Maple Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA until 1:00 PM on October 13, 2026, at which time they will be opened publicly and read aloud.
Bids must be sealed and marked “On Call Custodial and Lunch Cleaning Services for all Town Buildings” with the bidder’s name and address clearly noted.
The Town reserves the right to waive any minor informalities in the bids and to reject any and all bids if it shall be deemed in the best interests of the Town to do so.
