CPH - Rental of Tables, Chairs, and Tents

Rentals for CPH Wellness Day

Time: Setup to begin at 6:00 AM on 10/7/26
Teardown to begin at 4:00 PM on 10/7/26
Location: 240 Parsons Avenue Columbus, OH 43215
We are seeking quotations for rentals for our 2026 Wellness Day Event taking place on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.
We need tents, banquet tables, cocktail or tall round tables and folding chairs.
Price must include delivery, setup/installation and tear down for ALL items
* Tent(s) will be staked in the grass
* We are open to setup ideas, but have included our initial plan
We need to have seating options for up to 400 individuals and we would like most of the tables to be covered with the
tent (or tents). Cocktail tables or round tables can be scattered outside of the tent to allow for additional seating if
needed.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this RFP, the vendor must meet the following criteria:
* Have a City of Columbus Contract Compliance Number; register with Vendor Services to obtain a number (the
agency must be "Contract Compliance in Status Active");
* Not be debarred or suspended from working on federally assisted projects or projects in Ohio or with the City of
Columbus;
* Be registered with the Ohio Secretary of State to conduct business in the state of Ohio.
