Scope of Services
The City has a need for annual service and preventative maintenance services for the
following PromoChrom Technologies Solid Phase Extractor systems:

Vendor must be a PromoChrom Technologies Ltd. authorized service provider.
Vendor will provide Service equivalent to Gold Plan, offered by PromoChrom Technologies
Ltd., which includes:
* One PM visit (Labor and Travel)
* One Emergency visit (Labor and Travel)
* Maintenance kit (PM Parts)
* Repair parts (Non-Consumable)
* Remote support (Anydesk/Teamviewer)
* Unlimited technical support
* Priority response over non-contract customers
The systems are located at:
