| Notes | Olmsted County is soliciting proposals for the professional services of a Commissioning Agent (CAx) for the construction of their new Exhibition Center (EC). Olmsted County is committed to commissioning the facility to optimize the buildings mechanical and electrical systems to operate efficiently and effectively while meeting all the requirements of the Federal, State, and local building codes. The CAx should be a collaborative partner that demonstrates technical expertise, proven commissioning experience, and a strong commitment to meeting the performance goals of the commissioning team. |
