Description
The City of Holly Springs, Georgia (Owner) is seeking qualifications from Construction Managers at Risk (CMAR) for pre-construction and construction services for the Holly Springs Town Center Amphitheatre.
The project site is located at 335 Edward Barrett Drive, Holly Springs, GA 30115. The principal items of this project include the construction of the Holly Springs Amphitheatre including the stage, public restrooms, green room and dressing room. The total project budget is $2 million, inclusive of pre¿construction, construction, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), contingency, and other associated costs. The construction manager at risk will be evaluated and selected through a qualification¿based selection process.
