Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to establish a long-term agreement with a qualified firm to provide a vehicle arresting solution for the Tempe Police Department. The term of agreement shall be for one (1) year with the ability to mutually renew for an additional four (4) years based on performance of awarded firm.
