Description:
The project will renovate an existing high-bay industrial facility by recladding the envelope with insulated metal panels and adding a second floor structure within. The renovated area is approximately 20,000 SF and will contain testing labs, manufacturing space, and office/administrative areas to support battery research for the Molinaroli College of Engineering and Computing. New mechanical HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems will be included.
