Description:

The California State Department of Conservation (Department) requires The Department of Conservation (Department) requires the licensing of digital geophysical well-logs (LAS files) in California, primarily covering the Central Valley (San Joaquin Valley and Sacramento Valley) of California, that will be used to identify, survey and assess the suitability of subsurface geologic reservoirs in California for carbon sequestration by the California Geological Survey (CGS) in compliance with California state legislation (SB 9051).
