Solicitation Description:

The BRA is currently requesting proposals from laboratories to provide professional, accurate, and

defensible laboratory analysis services for the routine analysis of water and sludge/soil samples for two

(2) regional surface water treatment plants listed in Table 1.0. Laboratories shall be NELAP accredited

by the state of Texas, adhere to the Public Water System Supervision Program (PWSSP) requirements,

and be approved as a commercial drinking water lab by the Texas Commission of Environmental Quality

(TCEQ).
