The New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) requests proposals from firms interested in providing investment banking and underwriting services. The contract term is anticipated to be five years. NYSERDA will consider firms with an underwriting practice whose scope is either national and/or focused on the Northeast region. Firms must either be New York State (NYS)-certified minority-and women-owned business enterprises or must partner with a NYS-certified minority-and women-owned business enterprises as a Co-Senior Manager.
