The State of Wisconsin intends to use the results of this solicitation to award a contract to a Proposer for the aforementioned services. The awarded Proposer is a Contractor. The State makes no express or implied warranties whatsoever that any particular quantity or dollar amount of Services will be procured. The State reserves the right to cancel this RFP for any reason prior to the issuance of a notice of intent to award. |
