Project Description: The Project consists of improvements at three separate locations:
• Belaire Drive from North Cottonwood Drive to Cloverdale Drive
• Bishop Avenue from Jackson Street to Rayflex Drive
• St. Lukes Drive from West Belt Line Road to Holly Drive
The work generally includes the construction of approximately 4,496 LF of 8-inch and 12-inch water mains, installation of associated water system appurtenances, pavement and concrete restoration, and asphalt milling and overlay. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the city will spend approximately $3,000,000.00 for this project.
