Project Description: The City of Bowling Green, Kentucky is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for Phase II of the Bowling Green Riverfront Park Project. The selected firm will provide preconstruction and construction phase services in collaboration with the City and the project design team to support the successful delivery of this public capital improvement project. This solicitation is issued in accordance with the Kentucky Revised Statutes 45A.183, which authorizes the use of the Construction Manager-at-Risk project delivery method for public construction projects.
