PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Construction of Highway 61 Turn Lanes. The work shall include traffic control, milling, surface preparation, asphalt resurfacing, striping and associated appurtenances within the project limits for these roadways.
RECEIPT OF BIDS:
Sealed Bids for the construction of the above referenced project will be received by the Owner at their office, Thursday, November 12, 2024, by 2:30 P.M, local time at place of bidding, North Charleston City Hall, 2500 City Hall Lane, 3rd Floor Rhett Conference Room, North Charleston SC 29406 and at said office will be publicly opened and read aloud.
SECURITY:
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond made payable to the Owner, for an amount equal to not less than 5% of the total bid as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the required Agreement will be executed and that a 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond will be furnished. Checks, regardless of form, will not be accepted.
