Solicitation Summary
DHCD, is seeking the services of a qualified firm or individual to perform HQS and NSPIRE inspections on an as-needed basis for its federal Housing Choice Voucher Program throughout the state, but primarily in the counties of Kent, Caroline, Cecil, Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, Talbot, Somerset, St. Mary’s, Fredrick, Garrett, and Allegany, Maryland, and an approximately three hundred (300) unit tenant-based rental assistance program with units primarily leased in the Baltimore and D.C. Metropolitan area. The Contractor may also be asked to perform additional inspections throughout the State, for other DHCD programs, and on an as-needed basis; any such inspections will follow the same protocol.
