**Re-advertisement: Clarification of licensing requirements** Provide as-needed mechanical HVAC and plumbing services within Horry and Georgetown Counties in SC. Contractors submitting proposals for providing these services shall, at the time of submittal, and throughout the life of the contract, possess a SC Mechanical Contractor license with Air Conditioning (AC), Heating (HT) and Plumbing (PB) with a minimum Group 4 dollar limitation.
