UConn - Gant Building Renovations - STEM Phase 3B 2024

The project is anticipated to take place from May 2025 through November 2027. Total estimated value of the project is approximately $109 Million. The adjacent wings of the Gant Building Facility will be occupied during the Construction of each phase. This Phase 3 package is intended to renovate roughly 92,000 SF of existing space and will perform an addition of a new 4th Floor 12,000 SF construction structure/space to the Building. Phase 3A was the package to perform demolition/abatement, establishing logistical setups, procurement of select electrical gear, and sitework. Phase 3B is the package for all other construction. This Project will be utilizing an established Project Labor Agreement (PLA).
