The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) provides bottled spring drinking water to customers during water emergency events. WSSC intends to establish a Contract for bottled drinking water in gallons on an as needed basis. WSSC distributes approximately forty-three thousand (43,000) gallons of water annually to customers in Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties.
