LANTA RFP Advertising Sales and Install

Project Description: The Lehigh and Northampton Transportation Authority (LANTA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors with requisite experience to provide advertising sales and installation services on transit vehicles and bus stop amenities. This is a five (5) year contract with three (3) one (1) year options.
All proposals must be submitted by Friday September 12, 2025 by 2:00 P.M., EST. Please reference the RFP document(s) for submission requirements.
The RFP seeks a Contractor to provide the scope of services requested herein this RFP. The prime Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, tools, equipment, labor and professional and non-professional services, and shall perform all other acts and supply all other things necessary, to fully and properly perform and complete the work. The Contractor must assume full responsibility for any subcontractor’s performance. The Contractor will be considered the sole point of contact regarding all situations, including payment of all charges and the meeting of all other requirements.
