Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Emergency Operations Plan & Training . Please refer to RFP #26-074 when inquiring about this solicitation.
A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held Monday, August 18, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. via Microsoft Teams. Due Date:  August 25, 2025, before 2:00 PM EST Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Public Purchase.
