Project Description: The Montgomery County Conservation District is accepting sealed bids online via the PennBid Program for the Dairy Heavy Use Area Protection and Waste Storage BMP Implementation Project until May 15, 2026, at 11:30 pm. The project is located in Douglass Township, Montgomery County.
A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting shall be held on April 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM EST, at the project site, located at 155 Sterner Road Bechtelsville, PA 19505
