NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delta County Sheriff’s Office is soliciting competitive sealed bid proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase, programming and delivery of twenty (20) portable radios and specified accessories. Radios must meet specifications as defined within the RFP packet in sections 4.0, 5.0 and 6.0.
Bidders may obtain bidding documents through the Delta County branded BidNet Direct website:
BidNetDirect.com\deltacounty.
Bids must be submitted on County forms in the specified format with any additional information attached no later than noon on Friday, April 25, 2025 via the Delta County BidNet Direct system.
The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept any bid that, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the County.
