The Project Consists of: Removal and replacement of the shingle roof and wood window for the rowboat storage building behind Spicer House, located at 29 Spicer Ave, with ADD Alternates for painting each side of the exterior of the building. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the form of bid bond or certified check subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
