Agriculture and Irrigation
The Goods must meet or exceed the following specifications:
• Progressive cavity pump, Stainless steel with 1.5”-2" sanitary tri clam connection,
• Manual overflow valve -loading 0-3 Bar.
• Feed capacity needs to be 0 - 1.5 m3 per hour.
• Driver: electrical motor - tree phase, 600 volts, 1-3HP, 60Hz.
• Pump is acting as a metering - discharge pressure 15 psi.
• Liquid specification:
o Crop flour slurry in water
o Temp: 4 C – 85 C
o Viscosity 1800-5000cP
o Specific gravity; 0.9-1.2;
o pH 1.0-14.0;
o solids – 40%,
o max size – 5mm;
o Avg. size – 1mm.
• Food application – example - coconut meal in the water.
• Pump should have two spare stators, and one rotor.
• Stainless steel cart with castors included. Size will be selected during manufacturing based on the actual component dimensions.
• Pump, gear box, and motor should be installed on the stainless steel cart base with castors.
