The intent of this Request for Quotations (RFQ) is to obtain competitive quotations for the reconstruction of approximately 2.8 kilometers of Township Road 744.The Work will be carried out on a Time and Materials (T&M) with an upset limit basis, where the Contractor will be compensated for actual labour, equipment, and materials used, subject to agreed-upon rates and County approval up to and not exceeding and approved upset limit.
