Summary Purpose of solicitation: Janitorial Services One Year Contract Agreement with fixed pricing for the life of the agreement Service Hours Must Be Between 8:00am-12:00pm or 1:00pm-5:00pm on Monday - Friday. The lab is closed for lunch between 12:00pm-1:00pm. The size of the areas within the facility in need of janitorial service is approximately 11,000 square feet and consists of two structures with restrooms (5), offices (15), conference/break rooms (3), a lobby, and corridors. Service must be performed during normal business hours.
