SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT

The MTA is purchasing the following items without competitive bidding under Section 1209 subdivision 9(b) of the Public Authorities Law, as amended. A firm which believes it can provide these items must inform MTA by letter. If the MTA is satisfied that a firm is responsible & can supply the items on acceptable terms & conditions the procurement will be competitively bid. Letters must be received no later than five business days after today, stating that the firm could supply the items & include additional information supporting their claim. The MTA may require additional information from the firm.
