Inventory of Medical Equipment

Upstate University Hospital proposes to purchase inventory of medical equipment services. Any Vendor who believes they can provide these services or an approved equivalent is invited to contact the officer below via email prior to the due date stated in the advertisement.

This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore,
vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract to debarment from sales to any NYS Agency.
Successful contractor shall be required to complete and submit documents
relating to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance Law 139, NYS Tax Law Section 5-a and
valid/current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms.
If you propose to submit a quote, it must be received by COB of the due date
listed above.

Requirements:

Vendor must be an independent third-party we do not currently use to buy or rent equipment.

Vendor must have completed an inventory of movable medical equipment in at least two other hospitals similar in size and scope to Upstate within the last 2 years.

At least 80% of vendor's staff assigned to Upstate must have onsite inventory experience at 2 medical facilities.
