City of Beaumont

The City intends to establish a roster of qualified service providers to provide counselling and group therapy services on an “as required” basis by the Family and Community Support Services department. The City’s intention is to select up to five (5) service providers, however this is dependent on the volume and quality of the submissions received. Successful respondents will be required to enter into a three (3) year term Agreement based on the Master Framework Agreement attached as Appendix B, with an option, at the City’s sole discretion, to extend the term for an additional three (3) years on the same terms and conditions.
The following are the key business objectives that the City seeks to achieve through the engagement of professional counselling and group therapy service providers:
•        retain qualified and experienced service providers
•        optimize operational efficiencies
•        increase organizational effectiveness
•        meet the requirements for on demand services as identified by the City over
the term of the Agreement
