The chosen firm will leverage survey and focus group feedback, along with service data collected by the University Libraries, to tackle challenges related to building access, space constraints, service visibility, wayfinding, and the balance between public and staff areas. The resulting plan will address current user needs and anticipate future demands, providing a roadmap with phased, actionable recommendations and cost estimates.
