Description: This advertisement is a public notice that the MTA Long Island Railroad (LIRR), is seeking the services for a Contractor to provide rail milling services along the Long Island Rail Road’s Rights of Way and on tangent tracks and curves in Grand Central Madison tunnel tracks, as directed by the LIRR. The purpose of the Work is to improve wheel-rail interface at Grand Central and reduce RCF, squatting and multiple points of contact of the rail head.
