MassDevelopment invites sealed bids for carpet installation at its Devens office, including removal/disposal of existing carpet and labor-only installation of approximately 12,500 SF of carpet tile. A pre-bid conference will be held April 1, 2026, at 10 a.m. at MassDevelopment Offices, 33 Andrews Parkway, Devens, MA. Sealed bids due by 2:00 PM on April 8, 2026, at the above address, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Late bids will not be considered. MassDevelopment reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any or all bids. Award may be subject to Board approval.
