56254 BPHL SFY25 Tuttnauer Autoclave Service Agreement RFP

The Lab purchased a Tuttnauer Autoclave in April 2024.  Once the current service and maintenance contract expires, ODH wishes to enter into an agreement with another vendor for these services

Offerors will need to review the attached RFP ODH #SRC0000027359. Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost proposal as part of its total Proposal before the opening time on the Proposal due date. Further, the Offeror must title the electronic files with “ODH RFP #SRC0000027359/DOH56254 - Technical Proposal” and "ODH RFP #SRC0000027359/DOH56254 - - Cost Proposal” as appropriate.
