Synopsis – Wireless Automated Hearing Test Systems (WAHTS)
The Medical Readiness Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Bragg, NC 28310 has a requirement to procure Wireless Automated Hearing Test Systems (WAHTS); NAICS 339112; PSC 6515; through the manufacturer Edare LLC for the system, parts, annual software access and service with current Authority to Operate (ATO) on the Defense Health Agency (DHA) network. WAHTS will be purchased directly from WAHTS Hearing out of Lebanon, New Hampshire and will support as required.
If your company has been authorized by Edare, LLC. as a distributor of the WAHTS with ATO on the DHA network, please provide a copy of that authorization letter to distribute and expiration date of the ATO.
Anticipated Delivery Date is 1 July 2025.
The solicitation number will be W91YTZ25QA031, the resulting award will be made as a Firm Fixed Price Contract.
