Summary

The State of Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services is soliciting supplier for the following:

Licensing

OhioMHAS physical makeup which this software will service is five (5) independent and separate Milestone VMS management servers each with an individual SLC. A number of recording servers per management server. One (1) independent Salient VMS to be supported through the Pro features of the software.

Training Professional Services OhioMHAS is looking for a technician to install the software, confirm operation, test, and provide on site training with representatives and users as defined by OhioMHAS. Training will be provided by a factory authorized FACIT representative and the user manual will be provided in both digital and print form.
